This issue is occurred due to the admin privileged being enabled on the SOLIDWORKS application.
To solve it, locate into the SOLIDWORKS installation folder
C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp 202x\SOLIDWORKS
Search for the SOLIDWORKS application – SLDWORKS.exe 
Right-click on the application and choose properties.
Located into the compatibility tab and turn off ‘Run the program as an administrator’.
Click OK and the issue will be resolved.
