You can hide these 2 displays from the options:
Turn off the 2 options below.
User preferences->Drafting options->Dimension Palette-> Uncheck “Enable dimension palette”
User Preferences->Drafting Options->Heads up Display->Uncheck “Enable Heads-up toolbar”
