When creating .EXE or .HTML eDrawings documents, the “Graphics Boost” setting is disabled by default.
This is intended behavior. The reason for this is because most users who are receiving EXE or HTML eDrawings do not have a high-performance video card that supports OpenGL acceleration. Disabling “Graphics Boost” option by default ensures that these users can successfully open and use eDrawings. If the user has a high-performance video card, they are more likely to have eDrawings fully installed.
The work around to this limitation is to have the receiving user install the free eDrawings viewer. When eDrawings is installed, .EXE and .HTML eDrawings documents use settings from the installed version of the eDrawings.
