In SOLIDWORKS, you can quickly select a group of tangent curves, edges, or faces. This is useful when applying features such as fillets or chamfers, or when performing operations like calculating the area of multiple connected surfaces.
How to Select Tangent Entities:
- Right-click a curve, edge, or face that is part of a tangent chain.
- Choose Select Tangency.
All tangent-connected entities will be highlighted and selected.
This tool speeds up workflow by reducing the need to manually select each connected edge, curve, or face.
