On launching SOLIDWORKS, a blank error window appears (with an exclamation icon) referencing missing or incorrect Hole Wizard/Toolbox path.

In SOLIDWORKS, change Hole Wizard/Toolbox path via Options to the correct folder.

to point to the correct folder.
